Is whitelisting necessary to participate in the network?

MetaGame is in the process of switching up its infrastructure a bit, & this will involve https://ceramic.metagame.wtf getting a new IP address.

When we were setting up before we had to list our IP in a git repo to be whitelisted. I think I read that’s no longer necessary.

Please advise.

Hey @dysbulic. You are completely right. You no longer need to list your IP on a git repo and the process to access the mainnet is much more self-served now and you mostly need to verify your email. You can find a more detailed guide here: Access Ceramic Mainnet | ComposeDB on Ceramic
