Problem on creating schema for data model

hey guys , hope you are doing fine , I came across a problem when I was trying to create schema with CLI , I did everything exactly as document says for creating a schema for data model but after I initiate the command I will get this error :
**> SyntaxError: Non-base16 character
and there is no code , I just followed the document commands for creating schema for data model , anyways this a picture of terminal :

I will appreciate your help about this matter.

The key you provide is wrapped in < and > characters that are not valid base16 characters.
